Here is an example of the lease you will sign. This is to be used as a reference to the lease you will receive electronically to sign.
Move In & Utility Connection Info
Before move in day, you will be required to have all rent paid in full and utilities connected into your name. We recommend reaching out to the utility service provider a few weeks before move in to ensure this is done in a timely manner. You will be required to send proof of utilities switched into your name to us.
Once all rent is paid and utility proof is provided, we will be able to release the keys to the tenants.
If you are not moving in on move in day, rent is still due.
