Moving Out?
Are you moving out? We will be sad to see you go, but here are a few guidelines on what to expect at move out.
All dwelling keys and access devices must be turned in upon move-out.
Your deposit and any pet deposit will be mailed to the forwarding address you provided no later than 30 days after your lease end.
Only ONE security deposit refund check will be issued per property.
All names on the lease will be included on the security deposit refund along with a detailed list of any deductions.
Please be sure to email us a forwarding address if you have not already done so. If you did not provide a forwarding address at move out, your deposit will be mailed to your rental house with a request to please forward.
Your house is expected to be left in the same condition as you found it. Here is a checklist of cleaning procedures to help maximize getting your full deposit back.
Any damages above normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit at move out. Here is an example of common move out charges.
